Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Open Desk services, including our coworking spaces, meeting rooms, business domiciliation, e-services, and e-learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
Our Services
Open Desk provides coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, training halls, business domiciliation services, digital services (software development, design, marketing), and e-learning courses. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
User Conduct
Users must maintain a professional environment, respect other members and staff, keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace, not engage in illegal activities, and follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
Business Domiciliation
Business domiciliation services are provided in accordance with Algerian commercial law. Clients must provide accurate company information and documentation. Open Desk reserves the right to terminate domiciliation agreements for businesses engaged in illegal activities.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, and course materials, is owned by Open Desk or its licensors. E-learning course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Open Desk is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. We provide lockers and recommend users secure their valuables. Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
